Attik shake up by Needham

The Attik is considering opening a Japanese office and is also undergoing a significant expansion and re-organisation, following the return of founder and group creative director Simon Needham to the UK.

Having spent 18 months in Australia, overseeing the opening of the consultancy’s Sydney studio, Needham plans to spend several months in this country to oversee the expansion of the group. He aims to have recruited 45 staff by the end of the year.

Former UK managing director David Taylor replaces Needham as managing director in Sydney and creative director Phil Dean takes control of the Huddersfield office. As a result the Attik is now looking to appoint a creative director to replace him. “We are considering opening an office in Japan but it will not be until much later on,” says Needham.
