Conran companies to merge

Conran & Partners is to merge with Sebastian Conran Associates, taking effect from 15 November.

SCA has been established for 14 years as a product design-led consultancy which also works in graphic, identity and environmental design. Founder Sebastian Conran will join Conran & Partners as a director, responsible for graphic and product design.

“We have worked extensively and successfully with Conran & Partners on many diverse projects in the past and it seems logical that we merge our teams in one location,” he says.

Conran & Partners operates in the fields of interior, product and graphic design, and architecture. Both groups are based in London.

The combined company will operate as Conran & Partners, chaired by Sir Terence Conran. It will have 77 staff, and work from the Conran & Partners offices at London’s Shad Thames.
