San Francisco design group Primo Angeli will be recruiting in London to staff a new UK office.
The consultancy is undergoing global expansion, with satellite offices planned for London by the end of this year, followed by Paris and Milan, to better service European clients. And a small New York office is opening in October.
“We will use some of our own personnel… and local talent,” says consultancy chairman and chief executive officer Primo Angeli of the London outfit. The size of the office will depend on the workload, he adds.
The 30-year-old consultancy’s European client list includes Guinness, Nestlé, Lavazza, Fila , and Championship Auto Racing Teams. Earlier this year it was responsible for evolving the Guinness Draught brand, in conjunction with Guinness’s retained consultancy Index Creative Communications, for the Irish market.
Primo Angeli in San Francisco is 50-strong and offers corporate and brand identity, packaging, naming, environmental and retail design, as well as structural and new media design.
Primo Angeli vice-president of business development James Goodell says: “Now is the time for us to introduce our full services to the vast European market.
“We have had great success with our European clients over the years, and now look forward to a deeper penetration throughout Europe,” he adds.
The consultancy has established a series of proprietary programmes for clients including RapidAccess and TradeAccess.
