Bentley Holland & Partners’ first work for telecommunications watchdog Oftel, which is a series of consumer information leaflets, will be launched next week. The consultancy won the project through an unpaid creative pitch against a number of undisclosed rivals in September. BHP has created four leaflets that are designed to be easily accessible and informative to a wide audience. The series covers what Oftel does; how to complain about telephone services; how to choose a telephone company; and an explanation of consumer rights. BHP is also working on Welsh-language versions of the leaflets, which will be launched in April.
