Springetts introduces snakes and tigers to create arresting Wild snacks packs

Springetts has created the branding and packaging for the Wild range, from Stream Foods.

Wild is a range of wholefood snacks, comprising six mixes, including cashew nuts with pineapple, ginger, lemongrass and chilli and almonds with red chilli, lemon peel and pine nuts.

Springetts was appointed to work on the project at the beginning of last year, having previously worked on other projects for the client, according to a spokesman for the consultancy.

Springetts was tasked with creating a new identity for the range that would bring the product to life, engage the consumer and differentiate the brand from competitors.

The consultancy developed the name for each variant – Aneeq, Bonito, Sabrosos, Leziz, Aroi and Zarico – and illustrated each pack with a wild animal illustration, using a snake, a tiger, a jaguar, a coyote, a macaw and a lion.

Moyra Casey, creative director at Springetts, says, ’We wanted to create a brand with real personality and to provoke a reaction with a pack design that was really arresting on shelf… an effect enhanced with range blocking.’

The new range is to launch in 400 Tesco stores across the UK.

Yummy cannot wait to see these out,I always have to buy around 4 different packs of various fruit and nuts to make any tastefull combinations. Now if only they were available to Newsagents, will Tesco Express sell them?
