XL Recordings, record label of the White Stripes, The Prodigy and Basement Jaxx, has unveiled an identity for its new imprint label Salvia, with design by Studio Tonne. Studio Tonne founder Paul Farrington says the solution lay within the ‘A’s of the word Salvia, because the shape of the letter ‘would allow for a natural “leafy” shape’.
