It was good to read your review of Zujuma’s restaurant (DW 23 May).
Along with the client, we were responsible for the design and sourcing of the cast iron hot plates and not United Designers as implied. We made a detailed examination of the food preparation at Zujuma’s. The result was cast iron and stainless steel hot plates which keep the food hot while you eat.
