Lloyd Northover Citigate has come up with a new identity for a Belgium-based international energy and services group. The logo was unveiled on Monday.
The new identity is intended to signal Tractebel’s transformation from a Belgian utility giant to a focused global business, says a Lloyd Northover Citigate spokesman.
The consultancy has created a new logotype with a wave device to imply energy and the environment. A new “corporate typeface family” was also designed in conjunction with specialist type designer Jason Smith.
Tractebel operates in more than 100 countries, in electricity, gas, waste management, technical installations, engineering and communications.
Citigate Group sister companies have worked on the development of investor relations, corporate public relations and advertising campaigns, according to Lloyd Northover Citigate director John Lloyd.
