The Business Software Alliance is continuing its campaign against illegal computer software use with a new campaign.

BSA Crackdown 98 launches today with a mailing to 20 000 medium-sized companies, including design groups, which use between 50 and 500 computers.

Companies will be sent questionnaires and asked to sign declarations if they consider their software to comply with the law. A helpline will be available for those who need to bring software into line with requirements.
