Saatchi & Saatchi Design had just six weeks to design and produce ten tonnes of stationery for Linklaters & Alliance, the new alliance of five European law firms led by Linklaters & Paines.
The consultancy created an interim brand identity for the alliance, which was launched this week. The five firms are now working towards a full merger.
A straightforward black and white identity in a serif font was chosen from 100 variations. The identity is being implemented on all stationery and on brochures for 14 new practice areas, including the first, a brochure on tax which is unveiled this week.
S&S Design, which is retained by Linklaters, has completed further brochures on the legal areas of international, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and banking in the last fortnight.
