Fitch has created the identity for TAG Aviation Holding, a new venture from the rapidly expanding TAG Group.
Formed by acquisitions over the last year, TAG Aviation will handle aircraft management, sales and charters. It consists of European charter group Aero-leasing, US aircraft management company AMI, and the UK’s Farnborough Aerodrome.
TAG Group president Mansour Ojjeh says the acquisitions reflect TAG’s brand image and strategy to become the market leader in the field.
The group, famous for the sports watches and Formula One racing team which bear its name, is also diversifying into consumer electronics products. Tag McLaren Audio has recruited former Fitch product design head Clive Grinyer to develop ranges (DW 16 October).
