Lost in jargon?

Communication can be a tricky subject. Take the direct mail campaign issued to publicise the Popcomm-organised 2000 Communication Summer School. Aimed at pupils, the mailer includes a two-page questionnaire for busy professionals, plus a brochure promising courses on effective public relations and internal communications. Maybe it would be a more effective communication device if it didn’t begin, ‘Dear corporate communicator…’
