The TECA restaurant incorporates American oak floors and a large window frontage to reflect the lightness, freshness and simplicity of the food served, according to restaurateur Marco Bacchetta. The Mayfair venue, which opened last month, has been created entirely by a Swiss team. Zurich group Alfredo Häberli designed the restaurant’s interiors, with freelance designer Stefanie Bachmann working on graphics. The architect was Ruegg & Partners. Bacchetta says the restaurant is aimed primarily at the business sector.
