‘Too early’ for wine

A Victoria Wine spokeswoman says the company has yet to decide the future of the nine brands it would own jointly with Thresher, should the proposed merger of the chains by owners Allied Domecq and Whitbread go ahead.

Thresher has an in-house design team and also uses Nucleus Design and Ampersand. Victoria Wine uses Newcastle group Portland Interior Design and Diefenbach Elkins Davies Baron.
