CSD closer to accreditation

The Chartered Society of Designers has taken a step closer to gaining accredited society status by signing up the British Accreditation Board as advisors.

The BAB is claimed to be the UK’s leading people assessment certification body. It will help to guide the CSD through the process of gaining accredited society status and advise it on establishing a Design Industry Standard.

In addition it will advise the CSD on how training programmes from its recently established trading arm, Design Association, could be recognised as credit towards gaining CSD membership.
