Bhs roll-out goes in-house

Stores chain Bhs has taken the 25m roll-out of its Millennium stores, created by 20/20, in-house. The retailer has worked with 20/20 on cost-engineering the design, initially trialled in Cambridge and Solihull.

20/20, however, is unlikely to be involved any further in the process. The consultancy is still retained by Bhs’ parent group, Storehouse, to work on formats for the Mothercare chain.
