Teviot has designed the identity for Telesis Scotland, a new venture by housing agency Scottish Homes to sell property and land information.

Mathmos, creator of the Astro Lava Lamp, is launching a limited edition Flock Astro in April. Designed by the Mathmos product team at its factory in Poole, the velvety range comes in three colour combinations: orange flock with violet lava, red flock with green lava, and green flock with red lava. A flock-fur box with a special edition booklet has been designed for the launch by the company’s newly formed graphic design duo Robert Lowe and Dave Towers. Lowe and Towers are also handling merchandising and design of promotional material and have updated the Mathmos logo.

Planet has designed packaging for the Olympus mid-price camera range. The clam pack has a circular focus on the cameras, with the embossed plastic echoing the lens and the Olympus O. The graphics feature floral images on a blue background. The packs will be in independent outlets and duty-free shops. Planet has made two appointments – Martyn Wallwork is back after a short stint at Design Bridge Structure, and Simon Freer has joined from Nucleus as design manager.
