C&FD acquired by Lighthouse network

Lighthouse Global Network has made its second UK design acquisition, by way of London-based corporate literature consultancy, Corporate & Financial Design.

C&FD joins the LGN Design and Development Group, consisting of Fitch, Primo Angeli, The Leonhardt Group and Associates in Architecture and Design. C&FD is a former partner of Financial Dynamics, the UK public relations and communications group Lighthouse acquired last year.

“C&FD and Financial Dynamics… have worked together for many years to serve the communications needs of major corporations.

“As sister companies, we can now work even more closely to deliver excellent service to our clients,” says C&FD founder and managing director Adrianne LeMan. LeMan is also a former president of the Chartered Society of Designers.

LGN chief operating officer Julian Hanson-Smith says C&FD will offer “the companies in our business communications and marketing services groups key capabilities to support their corporate clients”.

Clients of the newly acquired consultancy include the BBC, Galen Holdings, London Transport, and retailers Tempus and Wickes.
