Jack Morton bags Creation

Creation Design has been acquired by the Jack Morton Company, part of the Interpublic Group, for an undisclosed sum. The move is expected to herald an aggressive acquisition drive in Europe by US-based Jack Morton.

Jack Morton has also acquired De Otter & De Vries Live Communications, a German live events company.

Originally formed to develop corporate videos, Creation has since broadened its activities into developing brand building experiences. The group’s projected turnover for 1999 is £4m.
