New retail development site planned for West London

A new retail development is planned for South Ruislip, West London, with architecture, signage, naming and identity by Hodgkinson & Co.

Negotiations with the two tenants are currently being finalised. Work is scheduled to start on the 3700m2 edge-of-town site in September, says consultancy managing director Andrew Hodgkinson.

Hodgkinson was known to the site’s developer Simons Estates through his retail development work as managing director of Simons Design.
