Board change at RPA Europe

RPA Europe’s chairman Gerry Postlethwaite is to assume managing director’s duties at the consultancy, at least in the short term, following the resignation of Michael Howard, who has held the post for the past five years.

Howard plans to leave the group before the end of March for a six-month break, before deciding on his future career moves. His departure is said to be amicable, and he will be staying with the group for a hand-over period.

Postlethwaite is likely to fill the managing director’s role for around three months before a decision is made whether to promote an existing staff member or recruit externally for a permanent replacement for Howard.
