Passport-free travel offered at St Martins

The best laid plans of mice and men, and of students from Central St Martins College of Art and Design, can, as we all know, turn pear-shaped at a moment’s notice. And so it nearly turned out for student Hazel Rattigan, who somehow managed to get all the way to Tokyo as part of a student exchange project… without her passport. Japanese authorities are evidently more understanding than their UK counterparts, as the hapless Hazel managed to obtain a new passport and continue her trip.
