Fitch style for BBC website

Fitch London has rebranded the BBC website, with the new name and logo, revealed this week as the first part of a staged roll-out.

Formerly, BBCi, Fitch renamed the site, partly to ensure that the ‘branding for the BBC website is more intuitive’. According to Fitch managing partner Lucy Unger, the design of the new logo is ‘cleaner’.

The BBCi moniker, formerly used for both website and interactive television, will now apply solely for interactive television services.
