Diageo Great Britain has redesigned the Pimm’s ready-to-drink brand packaging for a May relaunch with The Pulse Group.
The summer revamp is the first major modification of the traditional brand look and feel, according to the group, and the first ever review of the four-pack of pre-mixed cans.
Pulse has also created a refreshed back label for the well-known ‘original’ bottles in 70cl and 1l sizes.
Furthermore, the group has designed a new ‘outer sleeve’ for the four-pack and two newly launching designs for the ready-to-drink variant in 1l and 275ml bottles.
‘This new design clearly communicates the contents of the pack, says Pulse Group account director Fenella Rogers.
Pulse has also devised a new look for Pimm’s trade presence.
‘The design is red and bold, so easy to spot for trade, and vibrant if stacked in multiple grocers as part of a case display,’ adds Rogers.
