Brighton Pier scheme

Restaurateur Oliver Peyton is looking to bring in interior designers to work on his scheme for the 25m restoration of Brighton’s West Pier. Damond Lock, Grabowski & Partners is the project architect.

‘We have not drawn up a shortlist [for interiors] yet,’ says Rachel Clark, general manager of the Brighton West Pier Trust.

The project has applied for 14m Heritage Lottery funding and the pier is set to reopen in three years.
