Bedford Borough Council appoints GVA Grimley

Bedford Borough Council has appointed GVA Grimley to lead a team including design group Urban Initiatives and transport consultant MVA in creating a masterplan aimed at revitalising Bedford town centre. The project will be funded by English Partnerships and the East of England Development Agency.
