M&K Creative shuts up shop

M&K Creative, the Hertford-based retail specialist, has closed.

Astrid Martin, formerly design director at the group, has taken the design side of the business to Martin Design, after M&K owner Kevin Morley Marketing dissolved the group and sold the division.

The production side of the group is going to TGA Chapman in Halifax, which is also understood to have taken on any liabilities associated with M&K Creative.

Martin joined Martin Design in July. Paul King, former M&K Creative chairman, left last year to pursue his own interests (DW 7 November 2002).
