Sea Design rebuild for Staverton

British office furniture company Staverton, owned by Logic, has appointed Sea Design to revamp its brand, pre-empting the launch of a series of furniture products later this year.

The consultancy was appointed in January following a credentials pitch. It is tasked with creating brand guidelines for the company as well as redesigning the logo and website.

The redrawn marque takes the basic elements of the previous identity and reworks it, says Bryan Edmondson, director at Sea. It will roll out across product literature, vehicle livery, product branding and all forms of print.

‘We have tidied up the brand, developed it, simplified it and made it work harder,’ explains Edmondson.

The identity launches at the Design Prima exhibition, due to take place on the 17 to 19 May. Sea Design is designing the exhibition stand for the company.
