Branch job for BDG McColl

Building Society Alliance & Leicester has appointed BDG McColl to create a ‘branch of the future’, based on customer research and experience from prototypes at Northampton and Sutton. The group won a three-way free-pitch.

The concept will make greater use of interactive technology and be prepared for a diverse range of products and services as building societies defend themselves against increasing competition from supermarket chains. Alliance & Leicester has 341 branches.
