Kioken sets up UK office

US-based digital media group Kioken has launched a UK office, which it hopes to expand next year. The group plans to use its London base as a launch pad into motion graphics and interactive TV.

Kioken already has ten staff working from its temporary office in Berners Mews, but plans “a big expansion” in February, according to Kioken creative director Anthony Kyriazis.

“We are looking to move into motion graphics and iTV and are looking to employ people from these areas,” he says. “We are already working with some of our US clients over here, but we are now looking to grow our UK client base,” he says. He declines to name specific UK projects.

Kioken has designed websites for Motown Records, Bad Boy Entertainment and Jennifer Lopez.
