American golfer Tiger Woods, who launched Tiger Woods Design in November, is to devise an exclusive golf course development in Dubai for the forthcoming leisure destination Dubailand, to launch in 2009. The Tiger Woods-Dubai will include Al Ruwaya – a golf course designed by Woods – a golf academy, a clubhouse, an 80-suite boutique hotel, 300 luxury villas, 20 mansions and a community retail area.
