Bisque seeking MHS assurance

Bisque Radiators is still seeking assurances from MHS Group that it will not sell a radiator Bisque claims infringes its Hot Spring design, two weeks after it got MHS to withdraw the product.

Bisque claims that the Spiro radiator copies Hot Spring, designed by Priestman Goode director Paul Priestman. It saw Spiro at an exhibition last month.

MHS, which distributes Spiro for Gruppo Ragaini, removed it from its stand and catalogue.

MHS is awaiting advice from its patent agents says a spokesman.
