The Nest branches out with Changemakers division

The Nest is launching a corporate social responsibility division called Changemakers next week.

It is designed to help companies to communicate corporate social responsibility policies as well as inspiring individuals to action. The department is at an embryonic stage and has been set up by Changemakers director Roo Rogers who joined The Nest a month ago.

The UK market for auditing social reports is estimated to be worth over £20m a year by KPMG (2001). Yet, a lot of CSR policies fail to make into the corporate culture and the mainstream.

Changemakers will offer an on-line portal, as well as media, branding, marketing and environmental strategy. The portal will be a network in which individuals, companies and external agents can access programmes, grant policies, resources, non-Governmental organisations and charities.
