Braham joins the team from Brazil

Cardiff consultancy Brazil Design has acquired neighbour Braham Design, for an undisclosed sum. The two groups, which carry out design for print and new media work, will effectively become one this month.

Four of Braham’s six staff will transfer to Brazil’s office. One designer has been made redundant, and one had already made plans to leave. The position to be filled by Braham Design founder Stephen Braham in the new organisation is yet to be decided, says Brazil managing director Andrew Reid. A proposed new board structure is still to be finalised.

“From Brazil’s point of view it was a good opportunity to acquire some good quality people and some good quality clients,” says Reid.
