Creative spark makes the crucial difference

Your article Design Quality is the Most Important Element (Comment DW 11 December) struck a chord, and it was good to see that there is life beyond the jargon.

Of course, at Still Waters Run Deep we think out of the box and, yes, we are creative strategists and, yes, we can still make a difference to the bottom line. But more important is our ability to create. It is this which draws the young, talented and experienced designers to our doors.

It is the difference between fulfilling the client’s expectations and taking their breath away.
