The Bop low-voltage table light is designed and manufactured by The VK&C Partnership and was nominated for the 1998 Scottish Design Awards. The base is cast in concrete with stainless steel rods and a taut rip-stop nylon shade. The fabric can be moved around its armature to reflect or direct the light as desired. The light has passed stringent Lighting Association testing and is now receiving commercial orders. Bop is available in six colours: sky blue, white, orange, navy blue, red and purple.
