British artists including Gavin Turk and Gary Hume unveil designs on scooter icon Vespa this week. The biggest names in Britart were asked to create graphics for the Vespa GT (Georgina Starr’s and Harland Miller’s pictured). The designs will be displayed at www.britart.com/artvespa from 1 November and the public will be invited to bid for the bikes, culminating in a live auction on 30 November. The bikes will be exhibited at the Eyestorm gallery on London’s Maddox Street between 23 and 30 November.
