Zulver has designed a brand identity for Knight Frank’s new independent property buying business. The group, which has previously worked with the client, won the brief after a four-way pitch.
Having completed a strategic review of the new offshoot, which operates as an independent, top-end service dedicated to finding the perfect property for clients, Zulver created a name – The Buying Solution – and strapline, Putting You First.
The consultancy then worked ‘forensically’ to pinpoint what made the company special, according to Zulver design director Andrew Zulver. This approach enabled it to create a ‘toolkit of key messages’ and produce literature, Web pages and ads around the brand.
‘A lot of estate agency advertising is dull,’ says Zulver, ‘but we put some clever thinking into it.’
The design concept highlights the letters ‘U’ and ‘I’ within the marque and uses the themes and ideas it extracted during the review.
‘We like their style,’ says a spokesperson for Knight Frank. ‘It’s vibrant, simple and clear.’
