Expect creative juices to flow freely and inter-departmental relationships to flourish at Cambridge consultancy Flag, where staff have enjoyed a luvvie-like theatrical workshop.

Aiming to improve staff working relationships, in one game employees had to tell their colleagues they loved them, without laughing; another exercise involved nominating someone to be a ‘star’ while others tried to steal their thunder. A further scenario saw team members deciding who would be best at running a hypothetical show without resorting to theatricals. Just like your average board meeting.
