Velvet Design fosters a smile

Velvet Design Associates has taken a “smiley” approach to an identity project for Fostering People, a Midlands organisation which places children in local authority care with foster parents.

A cartoon-like pair of eyes and a smiling mouth have been added to a simple sans-serif representation of the group’s name, in a bid to put an understanding face to foster care.

The new identity is scheduled to be launched next week.
