Cello Group has acquired a majority stake in Blonde Digital, the Edinburgh consultancy set up by Pete Burns, former Navy Blue Design Group head of digital media (DW 8 June). Cello paid a ‘nominal sum’ for the 84 per cent stake and will also loan £150 000 to Blonde Digital.
