People

Pollitt & Partners has announced the appointment of Natalie Maher as CEO. A regular Design Week columnist, Maher was previously managing director at brand consultancy Good.


Brand consultancy Collins has announced the addition of nine new members to its New York and San Francisco offices. As part of the expansion, Claire Morris has been named as managing partner, and will be based in the New York office.


Brian Cooper has joined Aesop as executive creative director. Cooper was previously chief creative officer at Oliver Group.


Ustwo has appointed Carsten Wierwille as CEO of Ustwo Studios. Wierwille will oversee the consultancy’s studios in London, New York, Malmö and Sydney, along with satellite offices in Los Angeles and Tokyo.


New York-based exhibition design consultancy Thinc Design has announced the appointment of Clare Hughes as creative director. Hughes joins Thinc from London-based architectural practice Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, where she was a partner and narrative designer.

Accenture has acquired Germany-based visual effects (VFX) company Mackevision. Mackevision will now become part of the Accenture Interactive group.


Retail design consultancy UXUS has changed its name to FutureBrand UXUS. The rebrand comes after its initial acquirement by FutureBrand Worldwide in 2013.


Brand consultancy Article has rebranded as Onwards and launched a redesigned website. The rebrand coincides with the consultancy’s fourth birthday.


Exhibition design consultancy Enigma Creative Solutions has opened a new office in Phoenix, Arizona. The consultancy has appointed Jon Gowar as its lead account manager in the US.
