Entries to DW Awards judged

The Partners’ controversial Design Council identity, Terence Conran’s Mezzo restaurant and the TKO-designed Freeplay clock radio are on the shortlist for the Design Week 1996 Awards.

The judging panel, chaired by The Body Shop creative head Jon Turner, found the standard much improved in many sections this year, particularly in product design. It has awarded prizes in all but one of the 15 main categories – with two winners in one category – and selected a “best of show” winner.
