Scottish design festival should target business

In response to this week’s Voxpop, at Tayburn we’re actively involved with the Six Cities initiative and would urge the Scottish Executive to support Scottish design in whichever guise it sees fit.

However, I don’t believe the festival should be for the general public. The focus should initially be on the business community. It is Scottish business that has most to gain from the design talent on its doorstep. And vice versa.
