The Mill

The Mill changed hands in a management buy-out this week, funded by private equity firm the Carlyle Group. It has also appointed Michael Baulk, the former chief executive of advertising agency Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, as its chairman. The post-production house, which frequently teams up with screen design groups and ad agencies, has just finished screen work for car-maker Seat (pictured).
