Association of Colleges hires Design House

Design House has been appointed by the Association of Colleges, the representative body for further education in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, to create its new identity.

The design group beat an original line-up of nine consultancies, eventually winning a three-way credentials pitch against unnamed rivals. Its brief is to professionalise and strengthen the association’s existing image.

Account manager Kate Pearson says: “The Association of Colleges’ current identity is too laid back. It wants to be taken more seriously by its members and the Government, and be recognised as a force to be reckoned with.”

The identity will be launched in November and will feature on the association’s future publications.
