Burbuja

Red Design has art directed the sleeve for the debut album from Burbuja, the first release on Cristian Vogel’s Station 55 Records. Burbuja was formed by Merche Blasco and features musique concrète compositions created from sounds collected in European cities. Red Design has created a bespoke typeface from woven, hair-like strands to reflect the ‘delicate, fragile nature of the music’. Photography is by Phillip Ebeling.
