One of the first fruits of Superdrug’s rebranding programme went on-shelf last week. Packaging for the new range of aromatherapy bath oils and shower gels is by Nucleus Design.
The eight-strong range includes lemon and comfrey, orange and cinnamon, frankincense and patchouli, and lemongrass and ginger fragrances.
The black labels on the clear packs are simple but sophisticated and feature coloured lettering which complements the product hues, says a Nucleus spokeswoman.
The consultancy created Superdrug’s starfish identity (DW 3 November 1995) and helped the health and beauty retailer set up its packaging design roster, which includes Nucleus.
Superdrug’s brand mark works as an integral part of the bath oil labels.
