I’ve just seen…

I’ve just seen Design Week’s news story on the Royal Mail 2001 yearbook (DW 18 October) and was disappointed not to have got a mention as the writer for the yearbook.

It’s a 25 000-word, editorial-led book and even Royal Mail gave me billing above The Chase (which, incidentally, did a great job of designing the yearbook) in the credits.

It seems a little ironic that one week I’m writing a feature for Design Week arguing that writers should get more recognition and soon afterwards I’m not getting any.
