Tomlinson shows us his Royle Family catchphrase

The brief handed to Burn The Book for designs of The Royle Family star Ricky Tomlinson’s CD, Music My Arse, was to create a layout reflecting the fun nature of the music and the larger than life personality of Tomlinson. Oh, and work to ‘tight’ deadlines.

So it stuck a naked front view of Tomlinson on the CD’s cover with a banjo in front of his crown jewels and on the back of the CD, a rear view of him next to the track list.

Music My Arse launches on 12 November and is tipped to be one of the big hits of Christmas. Knowing Ricky, it will be totally tongue-in-cheek, too. Merry Christmas, my arse.
